An experienced Unix Systems Administrator, with over 14 years experience of SunOS, Solaris, HP/UX and Linux (various flavours)
equally at home working as part of a team, or on my own initiative.
Extensive experience of integrating Unix/Linux systems into existing infrastructures, incorporating Open Source tools for a wide range of scenarios such as backup solutions, Infrastructure monitoring, Security and Intrusion Detection and CCTV servers as well as the 'normal' file and print servers, web and ftp servers.
Prior to this, worked with a variety of PC and networking kit, from Dos 1.1 to Dos 6.2, Windows 3, 3.1, 95, 98, 2000, NT and XP
