As an ICT Manager with 5 years experience I believe that support and troubleshooting are best dealt with before problems arise. Allowing for others to use the ICT Equipment without worrying if it will work. Using this philosophy I have successfully looked after multiple sites without any assistance. However I am looking to further my career within the ICT industry, making a difference to the companies I work for and to eventually become a successful Project Manager within the industry.
